DR. BRIT WATTERS
Passionate about your health
Hi, I’m Dr. Brit Watters
and I’m so glad you’re here.
Welcome! I’m Dr. Brit Watters, a Kelowna-based naturopathic doctor focused on empowering women to take charge of their health with confidence!
I specialize in women’s health, hormone balancing, and metabolic wellness, combining evidence-based naturopathy with a compassionate, personalized approach.
Raised in the Okanagan, I have a passion for health, fitness, and spending time outside in nature. When not with patients, I love to spend time with my partner, Morgan and our two Australian Shepherds, Zeus and Mila. You’re likely to find me taking advantage of what the beautiful Okanagan has to offer including road biking, hiking, golfing, snowshoeing, skiing, hanging out on the lake or sipping wine on a local patio.
I’m passionate about helping women like you find balance and create a lifestyle that feels empowering, vibrant, and fulfilling!
MY APPROACH TO WOMEN’S HEALTH
-
We’ll start with a free 10 minute call (over video or phone) to discuss your health concerns, and goals and to ensure working together is a good fit.
* This step is optional and available for new patients only
-
For your first visit, we’ll spend 60 minutes together and complete a full assessment of your current health concerns, medical history, and other relevant pieces to help us determine the root cause of your symptoms. We will:
Review previous lab testing, if applicable
Complete a physical exam (ie. weight, blood pressure)
Initiate the initial treatment plan
The initial treatment plan may include diet and lifestyle modifications, supplements or herbal remedies, pharmaceuticals, IV therapy or injectable vitamins.
The treatment plan is always a collaborative plan that takes into account your lifestyle and budget.
-
For our second visit, we will spend 45 minutes together reviewing lab testing and modifying the initial treatment plan based on new findings and current symptoms.
-
After three months, we will complete a bloodwork re-check to ensure progress and modify the treatment plan as needed.
-
Once your initial health concern has been addressed, we will move into a maintenance phase.
During this time we work to maintain your current state of health, prevent recurrence, and work towards optimizing overall health and quality of life!
